NOM NOM NOM
Jun. 13th, 2008 05:32 pmLast weekend, I joined some friends in the Berkshires to celebrate the wedding anniversary of two personifications of awesome. There was food, there were games, there were (at one point, and unrelated to the other celebrations), turkeys in my hair. And baby ducks, not in my hair. And Spoo. And evil GMs. And paper lanterns. And thunderheads drifting over the valley, missing us but putting on a beautiful lightning show. It was the kind of weekend that feels like a dream in retrospect, but the kind of dream from which you wake smiling.
I also got the chance to inflict some mad culinary science on people. The results were . . . pleasing. I've posted the recipe, but be warned that just reading it may cause sugar shock.
Gentlemen! BEHOLD! Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs!
