I have tried latkes once, I think, as the result of some Tyler House cooking. They were tasty.

I tried making latkes once in college (which meant I mixed them in a bowl in the middle of my dorm room, since the only flat surface in the kitchen was the top of the dryer), and they turned blue :-) These are far tastier!
