Signal boost: My twin sister [livejournal.com profile] sigerson has been helping out with the Faith Quilts Project (as one might expect from a costumer-turned-divinity-student). I've seen some of her work, and it's beautiful, as are the other quilts. If you're in the Boston area and interested in either discussions of faith and creativity or lovely textile work, consider yourself invited.

What I wanna know is what one might expect from a divinity-student-turned-costumer.

I bet it would be cool.

The answer is, of course, pie.

The other answer is, of course, wait till I get this Statement of Intent and Purpose drafted into a coherent whole.

Sadly, I did not get your Hellboy ref...but the idea did have me giggling.

The Church of the Holy Seam Ripper.

Or, if she keeps going the academic route, a professor who makes her students wear The Extension Hat.
