Note to self: When assembling a mix for the purposes of exercise (i.e. run for three songs, walk for one song, etc.), it is probably not advisable to add "Layla" to the mix. Not only will it be twice the length of any other song, but you will begin to doubt both your sanity and the existence of an ending to the song.

I thought it might have been Clapton unplugged for the walk-for-one song, but then your workout would have been over before you had a chance to get any exercise, so I see your point.
